Vacancy available: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Andrew County, Missouri. The job is at a civil contractor's yard. What we are looking for: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections On a typical shift you will clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
