Cook — Gilmer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Gilmer County, West Virginia. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
