Hydraulic press operator wanted in Ido

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Ido, Oyo State. You will be based in a sheet metal stamping unit. What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Record output and downtime on the production sheet At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
