Tiling assistant • Travis County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Travis County, Texas. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes On the job you will handle: • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
