Advanced scaffolder — Huron County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an advanced scaffolder in Huron County, Ohio. You will be based on a bridge maintenance job. What we are looking for: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment On the job you will handle: • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards Full-time, day shift. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
