Immediate opening: heavy equipment operator (Tennessee)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Maury County, Tennessee. You will be based at a plant hire yard. Your main tasks: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines What we are looking for: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence Pay around $30 per hour, based on your experience.
