Scullery hand wanted in Okrika

Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Okrika, Rivers State. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
