Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Carver County, Minnesota. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter.
