Paint booth operator • Dekina, Kogi State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Dekina, Kogi State. On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Meals and transport allowance provided.
