Surface coating operator — Bullock County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Bullock County, Alabama. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
