Falsework carpenter • Bourbon County, Kansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Bourbon County, Kansas. The job is on a residential tower site. You will seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
