Bread baker — Lincoln County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Lincoln County, Wyoming. Day-to-day duties: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
