Coating plant operator — Decatur County

Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Decatur County, Tennessee. You will work in a busy paint shop. You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Rotating shifts.
