Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Saint Louis County, Missouri. The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
