Join our team: we are hiring a stitching operator in Shagamu, Ogun State. You will be based at a knitwear stitching unit. You should have: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Your main tasks: • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
