Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in DeKalb County, Indiana. You will be based at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
