In-process quality controller — Eagle County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Eagle County, Colorado. You will be based in an electronics assembly workshop. You will segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Six days a week, one day off.
