Industrial sewing operator — Banner County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Banner County, Nebraska. You will press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish. Requirements: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
