The role involves insulate and ventilate the roof void; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar. You should have: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Willing to work outdoors in all weather 5+ years on the tools preferred.
