Punch press operator — Tudun Wada

We are recruiting: we are hiring a punch press operator in Tudun Wada, Kano State. The job is at an auto components factory. On a typical shift you will feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
