Oven operator wanted in Carbon County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Carbon County, Montana. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream 4+ years on the tools preferred.
