Backhoe operator — Cass County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Cass County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs On a typical shift you will backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance.
