Dough maker — Montgomery County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Montgomery County, Virginia. You will be based in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
