Line cook wanted in Hancock County

On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
