Meat trimmer — Power County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Power County, Idaho. On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Six days a week, one day off.
