The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate We offer $15 per hour plus benefits.
