Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
