Requirements: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day On a typical shift you will patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat.
