Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Full-time, day shift.
