Estate gardener — Roanoke County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an estate gardener in Roanoke County, Virginia. The job is on the grounds of a hotel resort. What we are looking for: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules On a typical shift you will prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
