Commis chef wanted in Jack County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Jack County, Texas. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. 3+ years on the tools preferred. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
