Immediate opening: quality control inspector (England)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Sefton, England. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols On the job you will handle: • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
