We are recruiting: we are hiring a site carpenter in Washington County, Minnesota. The job is at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. On a typical shift you will erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level. You should have: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
