Thermal insulation technician — Cabarrus County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations You should have: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Willing to travel between sites 6+ years on the tools preferred.
