Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Marion County, Missouri. You will work at a halal meat counter. The role involves debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
