Horizontal milling machine operator — Oruk Anam

Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Oruk Anam, Akwa Ibom State. The job is at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience The role involves set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines.
