Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Cocke County, Tennessee. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
