Day-to-day duties: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits Requirements: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel 1+ years on the tools preferred.
