Now hiring: we are hiring a moulder in Caddo County, Oklahoma. You will work in the fettling and dressing shop. Day-to-day duties: • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture You should have: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $29 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
