Day to day you will rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; take site measurements of openings before fabrication. Ideal candidate: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors 1+ years on the tools preferred.
