CNC mill setter-operator — Bedford County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Bedford County, Virginia. You will work in a CNC machining unit. What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience You will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square.
