Confectioner wanted in Muscogee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Muscogee County, Georgia. The job is at a cake shop. Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
