Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Cherry County, Nebraska. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
