Production assembler — Umatilla County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production assembler in Umatilla County, Oregon. You will be based at a busy assembly plant. Day-to-day duties: • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard Requirements: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work Full-time with occasional weekends.
