The role involves fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; run load and overload tests with test weights; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes. Requirements: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
