Surface coating operator • Mani, Katsina State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Mani, Katsina State. You will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₦220,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
