Immediate opening: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Jasper County, Iowa. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing On a typical shift you will erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
