Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Thayer County, Nebraska. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well.
