Dough maker • Summit County, Utah

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Summit County, Utah. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
