Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Monroe County, Indiana. You will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
